Color Me Bad

This outfit is completely inspired by the Graffiti Art located in Wynwood Miami. Apart from me loving the visual art that I can experience whenever I’m in Wynwood, I love the freedom of expression each artist displays with their work. It’s equivalent to how I feel about fashion. When I put something together, it’s a reflection of who I am and it’s my way to express myself without having to say one word. Mixing prints is a very bold thing to do and you have to fully commit to it whenever you decide to go that route. I just wanted to have fun with this look. I allowed the Graffiti Art to inspire my look. I paired the plaid shirt with the camo-print jeans not knowing it would work together and I just fell in love with how it looked. Once I topped it off with a fitted cap, statement necklace and nude heels, all that was left to do was to find the perfect backdrop for my pictures. It was hard to find one wall that I liked so I took pics on about 2 – 3 walls with different colors to make sure that I didn’t get lost with the Graffiti Art as my background. I hope you enjoyed this fun look as much as I did.
