#BeyGood

Beyonce’s BeyGood Campaign hit close to home. 100% of the proceeds made from the sale of the BeyGood t-shirts directly provided funding to St. Damien Hospital. This hospital provides medical treatment for the children of Haiti. My parents are from Haiti and I still have family there so this is a cause that can help someone I love. I am very thankful for Beyonce’s Humanitarian trip to Haiti that brought awareness to a country that is so often forgotten. Haiti is a 3rd world country but that does not mean the people there are less deserving.¬†Although the t-shirt is no longer available for purchase, we can all choose to remain aware of the things that surrounds the less fortunate.

I paired this t-shirt with distressed jeans, leather jacket and a pair of suede boots. ¬†I kept this look very simple and fall appropriate. The leather jacket does give the look a bit of an edge. I definitely felt like a “bad girl!” LOL!
